THE most unique Olympian ever produced was first used by South Yorkshire PTE where it was numbered 100 and registered 4475WE. Thankfully after a career of mixed fortunes this vehicle is now in preservation, although there is some considerable work still to be done before it makes a public debut. This was a true coach, built as a demonstrator for Ebdons Coaches who never actually took delivery of the vehicle. Unique features include the swing plug door, rear staircase and it was the only UK Olympian built with a WC. |
